اس نوٹیفکیشن کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ پنجاب میڈیکل فیکلٹی (PMF) نے امتحانی نظام میں ایک اہم تبدیلی کا اعلان کیا ہے۔

نوٹیفکیشن کی مکمل وضاحت:

1. کن طلبہ پر لاگو ہوگا؟

پنجاب میڈیکل فیکلٹی سے الحاق شدہ تمام سرکاری اور نجی اداروں کے طلبہ پر۔

تمام کیٹیگریز جیسے:

ڈسپنسر (Dispensing Technology)

ایم ایل ٹی (Medical Laboratory Technology)

او ٹی ٹی (Operation Theater Technology)

ریڈیوگرافی

ایف ایس سی اسکیم

نیو اسکیم

دیگر تمام ڈپلومہ پروگرام

2. کب سے نافذ ہوگا؟

سالانہ امتحانات دسمبر 2026 (متوقع) سے۔

3. امتحان کا طریقہ کیا ہوگا؟

تمام سوالات MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) کی صورت میں ہوں گے۔

طلبہ کو OMR شیٹ (Optical Mark Recognition Sheet) دی جائے گی، جس پر صحیح جواب والے دائرے (Bubble) کو سیاہ کرنا ہوگا۔

4. پیپر کی جانچ کیسے ہوگی؟

جوابات کسی استاد کے بجائے OMR مشین کے ذریعے چیک کیے جائیں گے۔

مشین صرف درست طریقے سے بھرے گئے ببل کو پڑھے گی، اس لیے غلط یا آدھا نشان قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔

طلبہ کے لیے اہم ہدایات:

OMR شیٹ بھرنے کی مکمل پریکٹس کریں۔

صرف بلیک یا بلیو بال پوائنٹ (اگر ہدایات میں یہی درج ہو) استعمال کریں۔

ببل کو مکمل اور صاف طریقے سے بھریں۔

ایک سوال میں دو ببل بھرنے سے جواب غلط شمار ہوگا۔

رول نمبر اور دیگر معلومات انتہائی احتیاط سے درج کریں۔

اس تبدیلی کے فوائد:

نتائج جلد تیار ہوں گے۔

مارکنگ میں انسانی غلطی کے امکانات کم ہوں گے۔

تمام طلبہ کے لیے یکساں اور شفاف نظام ہوگا۔

📢 Attention All Students

Punjab Medical Faculty (PMF) has uploaded the Practical Examination Roll Number Slips.

✅ Regular students are advised to contact the Admin Office to collect their roll number slips.

✅ Supplementary exam students can directly download their roll number slips from the PMF Portal.

Please ensure that you obtain your roll number slip before the examination date.

نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق او ٹی (Operation Theatre Technology) فرسٹ ایئر کا پرچہ مکمل طور پر منسوخ (cancel) کر دیا گیا ہے اور دوبارہ لیا جائے گا کیونکہ لکھا ہے:
"آپریشن تھیٹر ٹیکنالوجی اور آپتھلمولوجی ٹیکنیشن فرسٹ ایئر کے امتحانی پرچے منسوخ کر دیے گئے ہیں اور دوبارہ لیے جائیں گے"
اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ:
✅ اگر کوئی طالب علم دوبارہ امتحان نہیں دیتا، تو پہلے والا پرچہ accept نہیں ہوگا۔
✅ پہلا پرچہ cancel ہو چکا ہے، اس لیے نیا پرچہ دینا ضروری ہے۔
اہم فرق سمجھیں:
صرف Dispensing Technology First Year والوں کو option دیا گیا ہے کہ:
"جو طلبہ اپنا پہلے دیا گیا پرچہ برقرار رکھنا چاہتے ہیں، انہیں دوبارہ امتحان دینے کی ضرورت نہیں ہوگی"
یہ سہولت صرف ڈسپینسنگ ٹیکنالوجی فرسٹ ایئر کے لیے ہے، OT First Year کے لیے نہیں۔

*Subject: Cancellation and Re-conduct of Examinations – May, 2026*

Pursuant to the decision of the Academic Committee of Punjab Medical Faculty in its meeting held on 08-05-2026, the following is hereby notified for information and compliance of all concerned:

1. The examination papers of *Ophthalmology Technician-I* and *Operation Theater Technique-I* are hereby *cancelled* and shall be *re-conducted* , as more than 40% of the content was found to be out of the prescribed course.

2. The examination paper of *Dispensing Technique-I* shall also be *re-conducted*, as 25% of the content (one long question out of four questions to be attempted) was out of the prescribed course. However, students who wish to retain their previously attempted paper may do so and shall not be required to re-appear. Their paper will be evaluated from the total of 92 Marks, Passing Marks 46 (46/92=50% =50/100).

3. Students who were absent from the examination held on 05-05-2026 are permitted to appear in the forthcoming re-conducted examination, which is scheduled to be held on *11-05-2026* (Evening 2.30 PM to 5.30 PM)

PUBLIC NOTICE

In response to the concerns raised by the students regarding out-of-syllabus questions in the Ophthalmology Technician-I (FSc Scheme) and
Dispensing Technique-I (FSc Scheme) Paramedics Examinations held on 05th May 2026, the matter will be placed before the Academic Committee in its upcoming session.
We assure all candidates that fair adjustments will be made to accommodate those affected.
