🇵🇰 Celebrating Pakistan’s Independence Day 🇵🇰

Government Associate College for Women, Salamatpura, Lahore, celebrated 14th August with great zeal, enthusiasm, and patriotic spirit, alongside its dedicated teaching and non-teaching staff, with prayers and hopes for a stronger, brighter, and greater Pakistan. 🇵🇰✨

The college was beautifully adorned in green and white, with vibrant lights, national flags, and patriotic placards, while the entire campus resonated with the spirit of Pakistan through patriotic songs.

The celebrations began in the morning with Principal Ms. Saba Shehzadi hoisting the national flag alongside the college staff, followed by a cake-cutting ceremony to mark this momentous day. 🎂🇵🇰

The celebrations continued with a declamation event on the theme “Sab Se Pehle Pakistan”, where students expressed their love for the country and shared their thoughts and aspirations for Pakistan’s future. 🎤🇵🇰

On 5th August, Government Associate College for Women, Salamatpura, observed Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir to express solidarity with the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

The observance included the following activities:

*Standing in Solidarity: Students and faculty gathered together, holding the flags of Pakistan and Kashmir and offering special prayers for peace, justice, and solidarity with the Kashmiri people.

*Solidarity Walk: Students and teachers participated in a walk to reaffirm their unwavering support for the people of Kashmir.

*Awareness Session: Students delivered speeches highlighting the significance of Youm-e-Istehsal and emphasizing the importance of peace, justice, and the rights of the Kashmiri people.

The event concluded with a renewed commitment to promoting awareness, peace, and continued solidarity with Kashmir.
