From 7th March 2024 to 23rd February 2026 โ€” this was never just a tenure, it was a transformation.

Under the leadership of Syed Kamal Ahmad, PDS did not simply function โ€” it rose. Discipline, unity and structure was rebuilt. And history was rewritten with the revival of APDC after nine long years.

The final session was not just a signing off โ€” it was the closing of a chapter that reshaped the spirit of the society. Some leaders complete terms. Rare ones create eras. Thank you for the standards, the vision, and the courage to lead when it mattered most.

The presidency ends. The legacy remains.
