A distinguished function was organized at Superior Law College, which was attended by prominent personalities associated with various fields of law and legal education. The event was held to pay tribute to and acknowledge the valuable contributions of distinguished individuals in the fields of education, law, and related professions.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of Justice Nasira Javaid, Dr. Aman Ullah Khan, and Dr. Khalid Ranjha, along with other notable members of the legal and academic community. Their participation added great significance and prestige to the event.

The event was graced by Mr. Malik Faisal Ayoub Khokhar, Sports Minister Punjab, as the Chief Guest, along with Mr. Malik Anas, Parliamentary Secretary, and Dr. Abida Khaliq, Associate Dean, Law Campus.

Superior College of Law, Superior University Lahore proudly hosted the International Awareness Session on Migration, Human Trafficking, Migrant Smuggling & Asylum: Legal Challenges, Protection Frameworks & the Role of Young Lawyers” on 22 July 2026. Organized in collaboration with UNIOM, IRCC Canada, C SAM, and OxDev Initiative, the full day programme brought together distinguished speakers including Dr. Abida Abdul Khaliq (Asso. Dean), Mr. Danishwar Malik (Dean), Mr. Majid Zahoor (Director), Dr. Abida Yasin (Principal) and other competencies from Superior College of Law, Superior University, and Syed Shahnawaz Ali (C-SAM, OXDEV), James Martin (Liaison Officer, Canada IRCC), Ms. Aisha Panezai (Senior Protection Officer, UN-IOM), Nimra Nazir (Senior Protection Officer, UN-IOM), and Murtaza Ayaz (UN-IOM). The event fostered dialogue between academia, civil society, and international experts, empowering young lawyers to engage with global migration governance and protection frameworks. Where Legal Theory Met Courtroom Advocacy.
Superior Law College proudly hosted its first-ever Classroom Moot Court Simulation, a landmark initiative that brought inquiry-based education to life by transforming legal theory into practical courtroom advocacy. Through persuasive arguments, legal reasoning, critical thinking, and professional courtroom etiquette, students experienced the realities of litigation in an immersive learning environment designed to prepare them for the legal profession.
The event was honoured by the presence of Adv. Salman Ahmad Maan as Guest of Honour, alongside Dr. Danishwar Malik, Dean of Superior Law College; Mr. Majid Zahoor, Director of Superior Law College; and Ms. Javaria Qais Joiya, whose dedication and organisational leadership played a pivotal role in making this pioneering initiative a success.
It was held under the visionary leadership of Mr. Majid Zahoor and coordinated through the committed efforts of Ms. Javaria Qais Joiya, this initiative reflects Superior University's commitment to experiential learning and the development of graduates who embody the 3Cs of Courage, Character, and Competence.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our distinguished guests, faculty members, judges, organising team, and above all, our students, whose enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment made this first-ever moot court simulation a memorable achievement.

Inaugurating the Superior Law College Legal Clinic: Advancing Justice Through Learning and Service
Superior Law College proudly inaugurated its Legal Clinic, a landmark initiative dedicated to strengthening experiential legal education, promoting access to justice, and fostering meaningful community engagement.
The inauguration was graced by Dr. Danishwar Malik, Dean of Superior Law College; Patron-in-Chief of the Legal Clinic and Director of Superior Law College, Mr. Majid Zahoor; Guest of Honour, Adv. Salman Ahmad Maan; and Ms. Javaria Qais Joiya, Patron of the Legal Clinic and Quality Circle Head (QCH).
The Legal Clinic provides aspiring legal professionals with a platform to apply classroom knowledge to real-world legal challenges, enhancing their advocacy, legal research, client counselling, and problem-solving skills while cultivating a deep commitment to justice and public service.
This initiative embodies Superior University's vision of nurturing graduates grounded in the 3Cs of Courage, Character, and Competence. Through practical legal training and community engagement, the Legal Clinic empowers students to lead with integrity, advocate with confidence, and serve society with professionalism.
The initiative also advances the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 – Quality Education, SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities, SDG 16 – Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, and SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals, by promoting inclusive legal education, improving access to legal awareness, and strengthening collaboration between academia and the wider community.
