Study & Work in Russia
Admission and Visa Process:-
Step 1:
Applicant sent scanned copies of all educational (original) documents, Pass Port & Snap for admission at [email protected] or [email protected]
Step 2:
Attestation of Educational Documents:
Metric & Intermediate Result Cards/Certificates should be attested by relevant Board and then from IBCC.
Certificates must require after 2 years otherwise only Result Card can be use.
(DAE) Diploma and 3 result cards will be attest from Board and IBCC.
(D-Com) Diploma and 2 result cards will be attest from concern board and then from IBCC.
Bachelors Degree & Result Card should be attested from HEC.
Step 3:
HIV test certificate (printed and stamped from Embassy approved hospital and laboratories).
I) Shifa International, II) EXCEL Lab III) Nayab Lab IV) IDC Islamabad
• Medical fitness certificate (printed and stamped from Embassy approved hospital and laboratories).
• Up-to-date bank statement. If it is bank statement not of applicant but of any sponsor or relative, there should be sponsor’s letter (affidavit), attested by the local lawyer.(along with sponsored National Tax Number and job letter)
• Police Character Certificate (along with contact # of issuance authority).
• Travel insurance.
Step 4:
Student after completion of all attestation submit his all documents for attestation to Foreign Office.
Step 5:
Six Pass Port size photos with white background. Write students name on the back of the photos.
Step 6:
After completion of attestation up to Foreign Office all documents required translation and legalization from Russian embassy.
Note carefully:
i) Make sure students name, spell, DOB, father's name etc every thing should same on All Documents as on passport.
ii) Fake attestation will consider as Fake Document, So be careful in this regard. Student personally attest his/ her documents from concern authorities.
iii) Passport should be valid for at-least 6 months.
iv) All documents must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and translated into Russian language and then certified by the Russian consulate.
