It was not easy but we made it... It seemed utterly impossible at first, but through their immense hard work, unwavering perseverance, and genuine compassion, they managed to achieve their goals. They embraced every challenge that came their way, ultimately succeeding in reaching what was meant to be their destination. Finally, and officially, they emerged as the standout students and supervisees under the guidance of Dr. Maryam Amjad.
Alina Hameed (worked on perceived parenting and psychosocial vulnerabilities of late adolescents); Laiba Islam (worked on Guillain- Barré Syndrome survivors and their caregiver burden, functional independence, and quality of life); Sehrish Noreen (Emotional Reactivity, Maladaptive Schemas, and selfishness in young adults); and Shifa Shah (cultural sensitivity in clinical diagnosis of Urdu adapted DIVA-5).
Huge applause for these scholars and their supervisor who demonstrated their passion with tireless effort.
Congratulations 🎉
