Our students brought the essence of Turkish hospitality to life in their Final Practical, creating a complete Turkish-themed dining experience from start to finish.

From authentic Turkish cuisine, beverages, tea, crockery, and table setup to the overall presentation, every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed. 🍽️☕✨

Beyond food, this practical was all about learning how to work as a team, manage time, coordinate responsibilities, maintain presentation standards, and deliver a complete dining experience under pressure.

Our students prepared delicious Chicken Shish Tawook during their practical session, gaining hands-on experience in marination, preparation, cutting techniques, cooking, and professional serving.

Students of Level 5, Batches 10, 11 and 12, along with DHO-3, participated in a highly informative industrial visit to Nishat Hotel. The visit was organized to provide students with practical exposure to professional hotel operations and to strengthen their understanding of the hospitality industry.

The session began with a comprehensive briefing by the Learning and Development Department, where students were introduced to the hotel’s operational standards, service culture, departmental coordination and professional working environment.

During the guided tour, students visited several key areas of the hotel, including the front office, guest rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, production kitchens and various back-of-house departments. They gained valuable insight into guest handling, housekeeping procedures, food production, event management, service operations and the responsibilities of different hotel departments.

The visit allowed students to observe how teamwork, communication, discipline and attention to detail contribute to delivering excellent guest experiences. It also provided them with an opportunity to connect their classroom knowledge with real-world hospitality practices.

Such industrial visits play an important role in developing students’ professional confidence, industry awareness and career readiness. We sincerely appreciate the management and team of Nishat Hotel for their warm hospitality, valuable guidance and continued support in promoting practical hospitality education.

A beautiful gathering filled with love, devotion, and blessings as we came together to commemorate the blessed occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ. 🤍

The atmosphere was enriched with Durood-o-Salam, Naat, and heartfelt prayers, reminding us of the beautiful teachings and noble character of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

From preparing delicious dishes to working together in the kitchen, participants learned the importance of teamwork, coordination, creativity, and hands-on culinary skills while having an amazing time.
