FMMC at the University of Central Punjab (UCP), in collaboration with the Career Services Office, announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a leading news channel, Capital TV, on August 24, 2026. From UCP, ๐๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ. ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐…๐š๐ฐ๐š๐ ๐๐š๐ข๐  (๐ƒ๐ž๐š๐ง, ๐…๐Œ๐Œ๐‚) served as the main signatory, while ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐€๐ญ๐ข๐Ÿ ๐€๐ฌ๐ก๐ซ๐š๐Ÿ (๐‡๐จ๐ƒ, ๐…๐Œ๐Œ๐‚) signed as witness. FMMC conducted the viva-voce examination of Final Year Projects for BS (Film, TV & Digital Media) students, featuring short films and documentaries. The projects were supervised by Prof. Dr. Fawad Baig, Mr. Muhammad Kamran Butt, Ms. Yakshi Saleem, and Mr. Omer Saeed Qureshi. Mr. Janan Sindhu (Documentary Filmmaker) served as the external evaluator, while Mr. Muhammad Kamran Butt and Mr. Omer Saeed Qureshi coordinated the evaluation process as focal persons. During the viva-voce, students presented their projects and discussed their creative and technical choices related to concept development, production, direction, cinematography, and editing. Mr. Janan Sindhu provided constructive feedback, appreciated the studentsโ€™ creative efforts, and encouraged them to further strengthen their storytelling and technical skills.
