Islami Jamiat Talaba is the largest and oldest student organization in Pakistan. 100 Years of Excellence. initially a two year course, leading to the B.Sc. (Hon.)

degree in Technical Chemistry by the Punjab University was started in 1917 at the F.C. College Lahore which was replaced by a three-year B.Sc. in 1925. In 1946, it was shifted to the Old Campus, Punjab University and raised to the status of an Institute in 1948. Initially two year course, leading to the B.Sc.
