Employers from a range of sectors in Pakistan have revealed that the vast majority of university programs in Pakistan (with a few notable exceptions) are producing graduates deficient in vital skills (e.g. analytical thinking and problem solving ability, English communication proficiency) and attitudes (a developed sense of ethics and personal integrity, attitudes required for effective teamwork)

when they enter the workforce. ICPD’s Core Work Skills Program aims to equip its graduates with the skills, mindsets and attitudes (towards self, society, career and life) that are pre-requisites for excellence in any professional discipline. We shall accomplish this through an intellectually engaging, illuminating and demanding six month intensive learning experience. To ensure that our program effectively addresses these essential skills and personal development gaps, we have researched multiple sources for determining the most appropriate curriculum, teaching methodology, assessments and learning support system.
