The Great Digital Detox: 24 Hours Without My Phone 📵


I did it. 24 hours. No TikTok. No Instagram. No WhatsApp. No scrolling.

The first 3 hours? Pure withdrawal 😵‍💫
I kept reaching for my phone that wasn’t there.

But by hour 10, something shifted.
The noise stopped.
I heard my own thoughts again.
I read a book. I went for a walk. I actually talked to people.

We don’t realize how much the phone steals from us until we give it back.
My screen time was 9 hours a day. What’s yours?

I’m not saying delete social media forever.
I’m saying... try 24 hours. Just to remember who you are without it.
