The Center for Language Development will be closed on Wednesday 26 August 2026, on account of Eid Milad-un-Nabi.

New IEAP students should remember that their Placement Test is on Thursday 27 August 2026. Details are below. Don't forget to bring your Admit Slip (the one with your roll number and photograph).

Attention new IEAP students!
Here are the details for the Placement Test which will decide which Level you will start the IEAP program in.

Date: Thursday 27 August 2026
TIme: 10:00 am (be there at least 5 minutes earlier)
Venue: S-218 (Armacost Science Building)
IMPORTANT: You must bring your Admit Slip (the one with your roll number and photogrpah). If you have misplaced it, then get a duplicate from the Admissions Office by showing your challan form.

We have had enquiries about the start of the Fall 1 (2026) IEAP Session. Here is the information we have at present:

* Placement test date: Thursday 27 August 2026
* Session starting date (Orientation for new students): Monday 31 August 2026
* Orientation time: 1:00 pm
* Venue: To be announced
* Regular classes will start: Tuesday 1 September 2026

- Orientation is compulsory for new students and attendance will be taken.
- New students will be told their Levels and given the Session timetable during Orientation.
- Attending Orientation is optional for continuing students.

Some of you have been asking about photographs of the Pottery Workshop we all attended on Tuesday 9 June earlier this year. We have some photographs which we can share with you. You can come to my office (E-234) after 12:30 to look through the collection and choose the photos you want. I will then email them to you.

Attention all IEAP students!

We will be going to Punjaal Sujhaal tomorrow (Tuesday 9 June 2026) to attend a workshop on pottery making. Please be present outside E-Building by 9:00 am since we will be leaving by 9:15 am. After the workshop, we will have lunch in Main Market, Gulberg.

Since this is a hands-on workshop and you will be making pottery using different techniques yourself, please wear clothes which are easy to wash and will not stain if you get clay on them.
