Important Guidelines:
โข Each class will be allotted two stalls...one for food/selling items and one for activities or games. Each stall can have up to five representatives.
โข From each class, one representative will fill out the food/merchandise stall form, and another will fill out the activity stall form, after a class discussion.
โข If more than one form is submitted by the same class for the same stall type, selection will be based on a first-come, first-served basis and form response quality.
โข Students can register individually for the Poster Competition.
โข All stalls must follow the Pink & White theme for decoration. The society will handle stall allocation, and each stall must display its class name on chart paper in the theme colors.
โข Stall Registration Fee: Rs. 200
โข Poster Competition Fee: Rs. 100
