Circle Women Association held a session on October 29, 2025 at School of Management, FCCU, to spread awareness on their Work Readiness Program (WRP).

School of Management at FCCU actively engaged their students to directly interact with the representative from Circle women, Ms Hina Asghar, who shared the details and benefits of the programs. In her session, Ms Hina shared the vision behind WRP and encouraged students to participate in it.

Since 2024, the Work Readiness Program (WRP) has trained 94 women through partnerships with organizations such as Faysal Bank and Sapphire Retail Limited. With an 82% internship completion rate and a 50% job placement rate and rising, WRP has proven to be a highly effective model for bridging the gap between education and employment. Most recently, they launched their third cohort and successfully secured internship placements for 25 out of 26 graduates with Faysal Bank. These participants are then evaluated for full-time job opportunities upon successful completion of their internships, further amplifying the program’s impact and reach.

Through WRP, students get:
-3 Days (Free of Cost) practical training (CV, interviews, workplace skills, digital skills, financial literacy, freelancing, customer service, hospitality)
-Internship & job linkages with top employers (Faysal Bank, Sapphire, etc.)
-Access to Chatbot Baji – a digital career assistant with 60,000+ women onboarded
-Post training support through the chatbot & mentorship sessions by industry experts.

SOM Faculty members: Dr Quratulain Zafar and Dr Fahmeed Idrees will engage with the Circle Women Association to be mentors for this program.

We look forward to skilling students of FCCU and other institutes in partnership with the Circle Women Association.
