ITU Faculty Join U.S. Mission Pakistan Roundtable on the Future of AI

Faculty members from Information Technology University (ITU), including Dr. Mohsen Ali
Associate Professor/ Chairperson of Department of AI / Co-founder of Intelligent Machines Lab, and Dr. Ali Murtaza, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Sciences, participated in a roundtable discussion hosted by the U.S. Consulate General Lahore on “250 Years of American Innovation: Building the Future Together Through Artificial Intelligence.”
The discussion, led by Ms. Natalie A. Baker, Chargé d’Affaires ad interim of the United States of America, brought together academics, business leaders, and media representatives to explore the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence and its role in shaping the future of innovation.
The dialogue highlighted opportunities for stronger collaboration between academic institutions, businesses, and innovators in the United States and Pakistan, with a shared focus on advancing AI research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and knowledge exchange.
ITU remains committed to fostering meaningful partnerships and contributing to Pakistan’s growing AI and innovation ecosystem.
