The second-year cohort of the BS Economics with Data Science program at the Information Technology University (ITU) presented their research work at a poster exhibition organized as part of the Introduction to Data Analysis course.
Under the guidance of Dr. Rizwan Khalid, students explored a range of cross-sectional methodologies to examine key microeconomic indicators and contemporary economic issues through empirical analysis.
Their work reflected a strong foundation in statistical reasoning, data interpretation, and evidence-based research, offering meaningful and data-driven insights into real-world economic challenges.
The showcase highlighted ITUโs commitment to promoting analytical thinking, applied research skills, and practical engagement with data among its students, while also encouraging collaboration, creativity, and academic excellence.
