Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (PTUT) has taken another major stride in transforming education through Artificial Intelligence and Extended Reality (AI/XR) technologies by adopting the innovative *EON Reality AI/XR product portfolio*.

A comprehensive hands-on training session on the EON-XR Platform was organized for PTUT faculty members by Mr. Ali Muralitharan, Customer Success Manager, EON Reality, Inc. The session empowered faculty with practical skills to leverage AI and immersive technologies for innovative lesson design, AI-assisted curriculum delivery, enhanced classroom engagement, and enriched laboratory learning experiences.

Prof. Dr. Adeel Akram, Vice Chancellor, PTUT, participated in the session, interacted with faculty members, and reviewed the platform's transformative potential. He expressed confidence that this initiative would enable faculty to harness cutting-edge digital tools, foster deeper student engagement, enhance learning outcomes, and shape a future-ready educational environment.

As Pakistan's pioneering technology university, PTUT has already distinguished itself through the adoption of the state-of-the-art GalaxAI Sovereign AI Agentic Workflow Development Platform. The integration of EON Reality's advanced AI/XR solutions marks yet another significant milestone in the University's digital transformation journey and its mission to develop highly skilled professionals equipped for the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

📢 PTUT Signs MoU with Al-Jazari Water & Sanitation Academy (AJWA)

Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (PTUT) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Al-Jazari Water & Sanitation Academy (AJWA), operating under the Punjab Water & Sanitation Authority (WASA).

This collaboration will pave the way for joint research, faculty and student exchange, internships, and capacity-building initiatives in the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene sector — strengthening academia-industry linkages for a more sustainable future.

The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Adeel Akram, Vice Chancellor PTUT, and Dr. Souman Khalid, Principal AJWA. The ceremony was also graced by Mr. Tayyab Farid, Director Journal, Punjab WASA, who visited PTUT for the occasion.
