Future Leaders' Academy is a set up with an aim to help prepare the candidates to appear before ISSB for selection in three forces (Pak Army, PAF and PN) and other forces as well. It has been observed that many hard working and intelligent students fail (are NOT RECOMMENDED by ISSB) for the reason that they are not conversant with the selection criterion. It is, in this backdrop, that Future Lea
ders’ Academy has been founded so as to groom the potential leaders come up to the required / expected standards of ISSB. The results have been encouraging and the selected candidates of that time are now serving officers in all that time are now serving officers in all three forces. We have started Islamabad chapter of our Academy and have the honor to contribute positively in the form of having started to give cadets to the armed forces. Future Leaders’ Academy grooms the candidates in the following areas :
> Mental as well as Physical strength
> Self Confidence
> General Awareness
> Know how of of outdoor tasks
> Preparation for the interview
> Preparation for Psychological Tests
Schedule
> 3-4 weeks’ classes cm limited obstacles (may vary)
> One session daily for 1-2 hours each (may vary)
> Each batch will not be more than 15-20 students (may vary)
> Saturday / Sunday off
