Trauma leaves unseen wounds that shape lives in complex ways. It is a matter of great honor that two of our faculty members, Ayesha Farooq (Chairperson) and Miss Nimra Ishtiaq (Lecturer), presented their research at the International Symposium on Psycho-Social Trauma and its Management in Pakistan.
The research-informed session explored the social, psychological, and physiological impacts of trauma, while emphasizing pathways toward healing and resilience.
The Department of Sociology is grateful for this collaboration and looks forward to continued engagement with PSTSS.
