FYP-I Evaluation Sessions 2026 | School of Informatics & Robotics

The School of Informatics & Robotics successfully conducted the Final Year Project-I (FYP-I) Evaluation Sessions 2026. The evaluation sessions provided students with an opportunity to present their project ideas, progress, methodologies, and proposed solutions before the faculty evaluation panel. We are proud to share that all faculty members, including the HOD and Dean, actively participated in the FYP-I evaluations, providing valuable feedback and guidance to our graduating students.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Prof. Dr. Najma Najam, Chancellor IAC, for taking this important initiative to promote the Faculty Development Program and empower educators through transformative learning opportunities.

The Faculty Development Program – Day 2 for Cohort 1, Cycle 2026 was conducted on 11 August, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in the Soft Skills Lounge. The session was facilitated by Dr. Shabbir Ahmed Rana and focused on OBE & CLO-PLO Alignment, strengthening faculty members’ understanding of Outcome-Based Education and the effective alignment of Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) with Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs). The session aimed to enhance faculty members’ academic practices and contribute to continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

Hands-On Learning in Digital Logic Design!

The Department of Computer Science, School of Informatics & Robotics, successfully conducted a Workshop on Digital Logic Design (DLD) on August 11, 2026, at the Hardware Lab, IAC. Led by Sheikh Babar Hameed, the workshop provided students with hands-on experience using DLD equipment and tools through practical demonstrations and experimentation.

The initiative reflects the School’s commitment to practical education, skill development, and preparing students for emerging technologies.
