We were privileged to host **Dr. Aman Ullah**, Director, Postgraduate Program (HRM), University of Melbourne, who led an engaging and thought-provoking session on **Student Engagement and Critical Thinking Strategies**.
The workshop focused on:
🔹 Enhancing student engagement through active learning and student-centred pedagogy.

🔹 Strengthening industry engagement to improve graduate employability and bridge the gap between academia and practice.
This initiative was successfully organized under the leadership and support of **Prof. Dr. Rizwana Bashir**, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, and **Dr. Zia-ul-Haq**, Head of the Department of Management Sciences. Special appreciation goes to **Dr. Aiza Hussain Rana**, the focal person for this collaboration, for coordinating the workshop and facilitating this valuable academic partnership between LGU and the University of Melbourne.
