National College of Business Administration & Economics-NCBA&E Career Development & Alumni Resource Center (CDAR) is a division of Student Affairs supporting the career development of undergraduates and graduate students.

It prepares students to launch satisfying careers through individualized, quality programs and services. Its mission is to provide career counseling for decision-making and job search services to enhance student success. This department addresses the needs of a wide range of students including those who are seeking employment and those who desire to switch from their current jobs. It also enables

students and aspiring professionals from the institute to embark on challenging training opportunities at leading companies. Every year numerous training positions open doors to an exchange of expertise, professional connections, and ideas that are beneficial to everyone involved. These opportunities are availed by the pass outs under the support and guidance of CDAR representatives.
