At Namal University, a degree is only the starting point. What truly distinguishes our graduates is their ability to think critically, communicate effectively, adapt to challenges, and lead with confidence. We conducted a two-day Mock Interview Assessment designed to simulate real-world hiring standards and prepare students for the demands of today’s competitive professional landscape. More than a routine activity, the assessment served as an intensive, industry-aligned evaluation focused on developing future-ready talent. Final-year students were assessed across six essential competencies: problem-solving, communication, collaboration, personal effectiveness, learning agility, and digital fluency, the very skills that define successful professionals in the modern workplace.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our distinguished assessors, Ali Yaqoob, Ahmad Ali Tahir, Ayesha Arshad, Atif Mukhtar, and Syed Samar Abbas, whose expertise, mentorship, and constructive feedback made this experience both challenging and transformative for our students.
