Report on the Successful Opening Ceremony of BBSHRRDB Phase XVI

The opening ceremony of the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board (BBSHRRDB) Training Program Phase XVI was successfully held at the Lateef Institute of Skill Development (LISD), New Jatoi.
The event was well-organized and witnessed the participation of honorable guests, faculty members, and a large number of enrolled trainees.
The ceremony formally commenced at 11:00 AM with the Tilawat-e-Kalam Pak, which provided a spiritual and respectful beginning to the program. This was followed by the ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the official inauguration of BBSHRRDB Phase XVI.
The ribbon was cut by Mr. Abdul Waheed Mallah and Mr. Abdul Hakeem MallaH, whose gracious presence added great value and dignity to the ceremony.
A welcome address was delivered by Mr. Yar Muhammad Mallah, Director LISD New Jatoi, who warmly welcomed all distinguished guests and trainees. In his speech, he highlighted the objectives of BBSHRRDB, the importance of skill development, and LISD’s strong commitment to providing quality technical and vocational training to women.
A motivational speech was delivered by Mr. Abdul Waheed Malla, who emphasized discipline, hard work, and dedication as the key elements of success. His words greatly inspired the trainees and encouraged them to acquire skills for a brighter and self-reliant future.
The Chief Guest, Mr. Abdul Hakeem Mallah, Headmaster (GHSS), delivered an impactful address. He especially encouraged women to believe in themselves, develop professional skills, and play a positive role in the development of society. His presence proved to be a great source of motivation and honor for the event.
During the ceremony, offer letters and training materials were distributed among the BBSHRRDB trainees, marking the formal commencement of their training journey.
The opening ceremony concluded in a positive and pleasant atmosphere. The event was highly successful and well-appreciated by all participants. As a gesture of respect and appreciation, Ajrak and books were presented as gifts to the honorable guests.
The event was further graced by the presence of Principal Naveed Hussain Mallah, Management Director LISD Mr. Dost Muhammad Soomro, Badar Din Panhwar, and Abdul Aziz Mallah, whose participation added great charm and significance to the ceremony.
Overall, the ceremony reflected strong coordination, effective planning, and a sincere commitment toward youth empowerment and skill development.
