Today, the Community Service Society of Emerson University paid tribute to the teachers who shape our minds and our futures.
In an inspiring address, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Hassan Khaliq Qureshi, reminded :
"A teacher does not merely transfer knowledge; they awaken the capacity to think, question, and create. Every great achievement in society, from science to leadership, can be traced back to a teacher who believed in a student's potential. In an age of artificial intelligence and endless information, the wisdom, empathy, and moral compass of a teacher are more vital than ever."
Students honoured their teachers with heartfelt speeches and poetry, celebrating the patience, passion, and guidance of faculty.
To every teacher at Emerson University: thank you for lighting the path and helping reach higher.
