The vibrant *Day 3 of Rohi Fest’* began with the welcome of DSA Prof. Dr. M. Fawad Rasool, Chairperson department of Arabic Prof.Dr.Azra , CEO FTH Mr. Naeem Qayoom, esteemed faculty members and Urdu Scholars from the literary circuit of Pakistan. The event commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran and the National Anthem 🇵🇰, followed by a Soul Refreshing *Urdu Conference* and the *Grand Award distribution ceremony*.🎗️🌟
The winners of all *Ten Categories* the Declamation (English, Urdu, Saraiki & Punjabi) , Essay , Gazal , Mazmoon nigari and Bait Bazı, Poem and Painting were awarded with shields for their remarkable performance at South Punjab Rohi Fest' BZU Multan.🎨🔥

The vibrant Day 2 of Rohi Fest’ began with the welcome of Director Student Affairs Prof. Dr. M. Fawad Rasool, DDSA Dr. M. Bilal, and esteemed faculty members and poets from all across Pakistan including Ahmed Saeed , Sabahat Urooj, Nosheen Fatima, Nadeem Raja and Many other renowned poets. 🎗️🔥

The event commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran and the National Anthem 🇵🇰, followed by electrifying mushaiyra performances by the poets, breathtaking Poem , Essay , Gazal , Mazmoon nigari and Bait Bazı segments including remarkable participation from students representing universities across South Punjab. 🎨🎤🔥

The day concluded on a high note with the announcement of results by the respected adjudicators. 🏆✨

Seminar on “75 Years of Pakistan-China Relations: Strong Roots & Strategic Future”

A seminar titled “75 Years of Pakistan-China Relations: Strong Roots & Strategic Future” was organized by Pakistan Study Centre at Bahauddin Zakariya University. The seminar aimed to highlight the historical evolution, strategic cooperation, and future prospects of relations between Pakistan and China.

The event was attended by faculty members, researchers, and students who showed keen interest in understanding the multidimensional partnership between the two countries. Distinguished speakers included Prof. Dr. Javed Akhtar, Prof. Dr. Muqarrab Akbar, Dr. Tahir Ashraf, and Ahmad Sabat.

In his address, Prof. Dr. Javed Akhtar discussed the historical foundations of Pakistan-China relations and emphasized that the friendship between the two states has remained strong due to mutual trust, strategic cooperation, and diplomatic understanding.

Prof. Dr. Muqarrab Akbar highlighted the significance of the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor and explained its role in strengthening Pakistan’s economy, regional connectivity, and infrastructure development.

Dr. Tahir Ashraf elaborated on China’s effective foreign policy in the region, focusing on economic diplomacy, regional stability, and strategic engagement with neighboring countries.

Meanwhile, Ahmad Sabat presented his views on Chinese investment in Pakistan and its socio-economic impact. He explained that Chinese investment has contributed positively to industrial growth, employment opportunities, and modernization of infrastructure in Pakistan.

The seminar concluded with an interactive discussion session where participants appreciated the importance of Pakistan-China relations and acknowledged the role of academic institutions in promoting awareness regarding international relations and regional cooperation.
