A brief Sash Ceremony was held Govt Graduate College for Women, Chungi No 6, Multan in morning assembly to formally introduce the newly appointed Proctors. The newly appointed proctors were presented with their sashes and were briefly apprised of their responsibilities and role in maintaining discipline within the college. They were encouraged to perform their duties responsibly, remain vigilant, and set a positive example for their fellow students.

The Principal Dr Sumaira Anjum addressed the students briefly, emphasizing the importance of discipline and responsible conduct. She advised the newly appointed proctors to take their role seriously and contribute actively towards maintaining a peaceful, respectful, and disciplined environment in the college.

The assembly concluded with a renewed commitment by the students and proctors to uphold discipline and ensure a positive academic atmosphere throughout the college.

A meeting of the Heads of Departments was held at Govt Graduate College for Women, Chungi No 6, Multan, under the leadership of Principal Dr. Sumaira Anjum.

The meeting focused on key academic and administrative matters, including student discipline, 1st Year monthly tests, cleanliness and campus upkeep, academic progress, and other emerging issues. The Principal and HODs discussed practical measures to address these matters, strengthen coordination among departments, and ensure a more disciplined, clean, and effective learning environment for students.

The meeting reflected the college administration’s continued commitment to academic excellence, student development, and the smooth functioning of the institution.

Govt Graduate College for Women, Chungi No 6, Multan organised a Dengue Awareness Seminar to raise awareness among students about the prevention and control of dengue fever. The college hall was decorated with informative posters and banners related to dengue. The main objectives of the seminar were to educate students about the causes, symptoms and transmission cycle of dengue the virus, and to inform about preventive measures and the importance of cleanliness.

Moreover, students were motivated to spread awareness in their homes and community with the message "Qadam Barhao, Dengue Machar bhagao, Mulk Bachao".

A senior faculty member addressed the students about the infection cycle of dengue fever - how Aedes mosquito bites and spreads the virus.

- Symptoms like high fever, body pain and rash.
- Precautionary measures - not letting water
stagnate, using mosquito repellents, keeping surroundings clean and covering water containers.
An interactive session was also held where students asked questions about dengue prevention.

The seminar was very informative and successful. At the end, the administration emphasised that prevention is better than cure, and every student should play her role in keeping the college and homes clean to eradicate dengue. The students thanked the organisers for such a useful awareness program.
