‎The Professional Development Day was held on 18th October 2025 at PECTAA Nawan Shaher Multan. The session was conducted by Mrs. Humaira (SSS Urdu).

A Professional Development Day was organized at PECTAA Nawan Shaher Multan on 04 October 2025. The focus of the session was “Designing Adaptive Assessments for Differentiated Learning.” The program was attended by faculty members.
The session aimed to enhance teachers’ understanding of differentiated learning approaches and how adaptive assessments can play a vital role in addressing the diverse needs of students.

‎A professional development day was organized at PECTAA Nawan Shaher Multan,for teachers with the purpose of enhancing their understanding of modern educational practices. The focus of the session was on The Influence of Social Learning Theory on the Modern Classroom.
‎
‎The resource person Mst.Gulnaz Bibi SSt Science explained the core principles of Albert Bandura’s Social Learning Theory, which emphasizes that learning takes place through observation, imitation and modeling. It was highlighted that students not only learn from direct instruction but also by observing their peers, teachers and the environment around them.
‎
‎Practical applications of the theory in the modern classroom were discussed, such as the importance of positive role models, peer collaboration, group activities and the use of multimedia tools that allow students to witness behaviors and outcomes.
‎
‎The session emphasized that the integration of Social Learning Theory can make lessons more engaging, improve student motivation and promote values such as teamwork, empathy and responsibility.

‎The viva presentation at PECTAA Nawan ShaherMultan was organized to evaluate the knowledge, skills and practical understanding of students after completing their training program. This assessment aimed to test their ability to articulate concepts, defend their ideas and apply learned methodologies.
‎Class Incharge Mrs. Rabia Sheikh with vice principal Mrs. Shamim Akhter and external examiner Dr. Shabana Raheem assessed the depth of subject knowledge.
‎Students appeared individually before a panel of instructors and evaluators. Each participant was required to present their prepared topic, followed by a question–answer session.
‎The viva presentation was a successfull conclusion to the training program, reflecting the students’ hard work and dedication. It provided them with valuable real-world presentation experience and highlighted areas for further professional growth.

‎The final lesson plan presentation by students (b.ed 8th semester) of PECTAA Nawan Shaher, Multan was conducted to assess their teaching preparation, delivery skills and content knowledge gained during the course.
‎The main objective was to enable trainees to design, organize and present a comprehensive lesson plan, demonstrating effective teaching techniques, classroom managementand subject mastery.
‎ Their presentations reflected thorough planning, confidence in delivery and a good grasp of lesson planning principles. Some students incorporated innovative activities and digital tools to engage their audience effectively.

The event began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the national anthem sung collectively by students, teachers, and staff. The college was beautifully decorated with national flags, buntings and green-and-white balloons, reflecting the patriotic spirit.

The session began with a recap of the previous training days, emphasizing key concepts such as diversity, equity, accessibility and the importance of catering to the needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs and disabilities.

‎Various interactive activities, group discussions and case studies were conducted to reinforce learning and practical implementation. Participants shared their personal experiences and action plans for promoting inclusive practices in their respective schools and classrooms.

‎Resource persons and trainers appreciated the active participation of trainees and addressed their queries in an open Q&A session. Certificates of participation were distributed among all attendees.

Report on Final Exam Conduction at PECTAA Nawan Shehar Multan.

The final examination for the class of B. Ed Hon semester 06 and 08 are in progress at PECTAA Nawan Shehar Multan starting from 16.07.25 to 29.07.25.
Exams were conducted in a fair, transparent and disciplined manner. Invigilators performed their duties diligently, ensuring that students maintained decorum and followed all examination protocols.
Overall, student attendance remained high during the examination period. Strict measures were taken to curb any form of cheating or malpractice.
The principal Mrs. Nusrat Tariq, examination controller Mrs. Saba Arsh , faculty members Mrs. Hajira Bibi and Mrs. Fareeda Fatima regularly monitored the proceedings.
The coordination between faculty, administration and students contributed to the success of the process.
