Dr. Rukhsana Khan Rukhsana Khan, Chairperson, Art and Design Department of Art & Design Official - UAJK, UAJK The University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir - UAJK & Pioneer Archaeologist/Art Historian, explains how Sharda Peeth in the Neelum Valley became one of the earliest intellectual and cultural hubs of Kashmir civilization.

From the ancient Sharda script to languages such as Kashmiri, Gojri, Shina, Balti, and Pahari, Kashmir’s identity was shaped over centuries by knowledge, culture, and heritage.

Rock inscriptions, Ancient temples, Prehistoric tools. Forgotten civilizations hidden in the mountains of Kashmir.
