𝟮𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗿

The 21st Meeting of the College Management Committee was held at Cadet College Pasrur under the chairmanship of Mr Muhammad Ali, Commissioner Gujranwala Division. Upon the arrival of the worthy Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner Sialkot, an alert and smartly turned-out Guard Squad presented a Guard of Honour to the distinguished guests.
During the visit, the Commissioner Gujranwala Division formally inaugurated the AI Gallery and AI Learning Hub, marking another significant step towards integrating modern technology and artificial intelligence into the college's educational framework. The Committee members subsequently visited the College Mess and reviewed the available facilities.
The Commissioner also formally inaugurated the Horse Riding Club and planted a sapling at the newly established Sports Complex, symbolising the institution's continued commitment to sports development, environmental sustainability, and the holistic grooming of cadets.
Later, Principal Col Javaid Aleem presented the College Budget and Future Development Plan before the Committee, highlighting the institution's ongoing initiatives, development priorities, and future vision.
The Committee members expressed their profound satisfaction with the college's progress, development initiatives, and its emerging status as a model educational institution. Their appreciation reflected confidence in the college management's efforts to enhance academic standards, modernise facilities, and promote excellence across all domains of cadet life.
Before their departure, souvenirs were presented to the Commissioner Gujranwala Division and the Deputy Commissioner Sialkot as a token of respect and appreciation.

Investiture Ceremony at Cadet College Pasrur

The Investiture Ceremony is one of the most prestigious annual events at Cadet College Pasrur, symbolising the institution’s commitment to leadership, discipline, responsibility, and excellence. During the ceremony, deserving cadets are entrusted with leadership appointments in recognition of their outstanding all-round performance, exemplary conduct, and leadership potential.

Upholding this cherished tradition, the ceremony was graced by Brigadier Abdul Rehman, Commander 165 Heavy Mechanized Brigade, Pasrur Garrison, as the Chief Guest.

The newly appointed College Cadet Leaders and House Captains were formally invested with their appointments by the Chief Guest and the Principal, marking the beginning of their leadership responsibilities. In recognition of their academic excellence, the position holders of Classes IX and X in the Board Examinations were also presented with shields and certificates.

On the occasion, the Principal briefed the Chief Guest on the college’s infrastructure, institutional achievements, and ongoing development projects. During his visit to the Academic Block, Mess, and Café, Brigadier Abdul Rehman expressed his appreciation for the high standards, quality of facilities, and conducive learning environment being provided to the Pasrurians.

The ceremony reaffirmed Cadet College Pasrur’s enduring commitment to nurturing confident leaders, promoting academic distinction, and upholding its proud traditions of excellence.

Commissioner Gujranwala Division Visits Cadet College Pasrur

Cadet College Pasrur had the honour of hosting the Commissioner Gujranwala Division & Chairman, Executive Committee, on his inaugural visit.

Following a comprehensive briefing by the Principal on the College’s academic progress, development projects, and institutional growth, the Commissioner toured the campus and expressed great appreciation and satisfaction with the remarkable standards maintained across the institution.
He particularly appreciated the outstanding infrastructure, immaculate cleanliness, exemplary maintenance, disciplined environment, and dedicated management efforts, acknowledging the commitment and vision driving the College towards greater excellence.

The visit was marked by appreciation, encouragement, and recognition of the remarkable progress of Cadet College Pasrur.

Cadet College Pasrur welcomed its newly inducted First Year cadets with an engaging and purposeful Orientation Session, designed to acquaint them with the academic culture, disciplined routine, core values, and traditions of the institution.
Principal Lt Col Javaid Aleem Khan (R) warmly welcomed the new cadets and shared his vision for their journey ahead. In his address, he emphasized that life at a cadet college is not merely about academic achievement; it is an opportunity to develop discipline, leadership, confidence, integrity, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility. He encouraged the cadets to embrace every opportunity for learning and personal growth and to strive for excellence in all spheres of life.
Principal further highlighted the significance of commitment, perseverance, hard work, time management, and character building. He advised the cadets to remain focused on their goals, respect the value of time, develop healthy habits, and contribute positively to the College community. Independence Day Celebrations at Cadet College Pasrur

To celebrate Independence Day with patriotic spirit and national pride, a series of special events were organized at Cadet College Pasrur. The celebrations commenced with Quran Khawani and prayers for the peace, prosperity, unity, and progress of Pakistan.

The college houses were beautifully decorated with green balloons and national flags, creating a vibrant atmosphere of patriotism. Cakes were also cut as a token of love and devotion to our beloved homeland.

May Allah Almighty bless Pakistan with lasting peace, unity, stability, and prosperity, and guide our nation towards continued progress and success. Ameen.

Faculty Development Programme — Visit of Leaders’ Inn Faculty to Cadet College Pasrur

As part of the ongoing Faculty Development Programme, a delegation from Leaders’ Inn, one of Pasrur’s leading educational institutions, headed by its respected Principal, Col Tahir Waheed (Retd), visited Cadet College Pasrur.

The visiting faculty was warmly received and given a comprehensive briefing by Sqn Leader Khawar Sultan on the college’s academic structure, institutional framework, training methodology, and student development programmes. The delegation expressed great appreciation for the college’s modern infrastructure, state-of-the-art facilities, and the high standards maintained across the campus.

The visitors particularly appreciated the college’s modern teaching methodologies, holistic approach to education, and focused efforts towards students’ grooming, character building, leadership development, and overall personality development.

As a continuation of the professional development initiative, a faculty workshop was subsequently conducted by the College Principal, Col Javaid, on the topic “Shifting to Modern Teaching Paradigms.” The interactive session highlighted contemporary approaches to teaching and learning, with particular emphasis on learner-centred education, innovation in pedagogy, and the evolving role of teachers in preparing students for the challenges of the modern world.

The visit concluded with refreshment at college Officers’ Standard Mess, where the visiting faculty and college representatives engaged in cordial interaction and exchanged views on strengthening educational practices and fostering a culture of continuous professional development.

The visit proved to be a highly productive and enriching professional learning experience, further strengthening the spirit of collaboration and knowledge-sharing between the two institutions.
