We are excited to share information about ELP Pathways (Extended Leadership Program Pathways) — a new exclusive opportunity available to alumni of the free Aspire Leaders Program.
ELP Pathways is a self-guided track hosted on the Aspire Engage portal that helps emerging leaders explore opportunities related to graduate studies, careers, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Rather than following a fixed curriculum, alumni gain access to flexible pathways with curated opportunities, mentorship, professional resources, and funding support tailored to their goals.
Through ELP Pathways, Aspire alumni can access:
A global community of Aspire graduates
Partner tools and opportunities for professional growth
Mentorship and career development resources
Funding opportunities for ventures, research, certifications, conferences, and community initiatives
Available financial awards include:
Seed Fund: $200–$500 for early-stage social ventures or research projects
Community Action Award (CAA): $5,000 for scaling proven initiatives or business ventures
Skills Advancement Grant (SAG): $200 for certifications and skill-building opportunities
Conference Grant: $500–$1,000 for academic or professional conferences
Students can unlock access to ELP Pathways by completing the fully funded Aspire Leaders Program, which is designed for first-generation and limited-income university students and recent graduates.
