All Diploma students are hereby informed that Examination Forms for March 2026 must be submitted online through the FPAHS portal on or before 05 February 2026.
Students submitting forms after the due date will be charged a late fee from 06–11 February 2026 as per schedule.
Kindly ensure timely submission to avoid inconvenience.
