🏥 Islamia Nursing College & Allied Health Sciences, Peshawar is now accepting applications for Generic BSN 6th Batch (Session 2026–27).

✅ Eligibility Criteria
• F.Sc Pre-Medical: Minimum 50% Marks
• Age: Up to 35 Years
• KMU-CAT Compulsory

🏥 Clinical & Internship Opportunities
Students will receive practical clinical exposure in Teaching & General Hospitals of Peshawar, KP, along with internship facilities to develop professional skills and confidence.

آج کا دن عالمی یومِ چشم (World Sight Day) کے طور پر منایا جاتا ہے، جو ہر سال اکتوبر کے دوسرے جمعرات کو آتا ہے۔ اس دن کا مقصد لوگوں میں نظر کی صحت، بینائی کی کمزوری اور اندھے پن کے مسائل کے بارے میں شعور اجاگر کرنا ہے۔
نظر کی حفاظت اور صحت کے حوالے سے چند اہم باتیں درج ذیل ہیں:
تھیم اور ہدف: اس مہم کا بنیادی مقصد (اپنی آنکھوں سے پیار کریں) ہے، جو ہر ایک کو اپنی بینائی کو ترجیح دینے کی یاد دلاتی ہے۔
اسکرین کا استعمال اور تھکن: سمارٹ فونز اور کمپیوٹرز کے زیادہ استعمال سے آنکھوں میں تناؤ اور تھکن عام ہو چکی ہے۔ اس سے بچنے کے لیے 20-20-20 کا اصول اپنائیں (ہر 20 منٹ کے بعد 20 سیکنڈ کے لیے 20 فٹ دور کسی چیز کو دیکھیں)۔
باقاعدہ معائنہ: آنکھوں کی بہت سی بیماریاں (جیسے گلوکوما) ابتدائی طور پر ظاہر نہیں ہوتیں۔ اس لیے سال میں ایک بار آنکھوں کا معائنہ لازمی کروائیں۔
روزمرہ کی احتیاط: دھوپ میں نکلتے وقت اچھے سن گلاسز کا استعمال کریں، متوازن غذا کھائیں اور آنکھوں کو صحت مند رکھیں۔
