پشاور کیمپس میں مختلف طلبہ تنظیموں کے درمیان آئے روز پیش آنے والے لڑائی جھگڑوں اور کشیدگی کے واقعات انتہائی تشویشناک ہیں۔ تعلیمی ادارے علم، شعور، مکالمے اور سیاسی تربیت کے مراکز ہوتے ہیں، انہیں تصادم اور انتشار کا میدان نہیں بننا چاہیے۔

پختہ اور باشعور طلبہ سیاست اختلافِ رائے کے احترام، باہمی رواداری، اتحاد اور جمہوری اقدار سے پروان چڑھتی ہے۔ تمام طلبہ تنظیموں سے اپیل ہے کہ معمولی اختلافات اور اشتعال انگیزی سے گریز کرتے ہوئے کیمپس کے امن، طلبہ کے تحفظ اور مثبت سیاسی ماحول کو اپنی اولین ترجیح بنائیں۔

آج کی معمولی کشیدگی کل کسی بڑے حادثے یا سانحے میں تبدیل ہو سکتی ہے، اس لیے تمام تنظیموں کو ذمہ داری، تحمل اور مکالمے کا راستہ اختیار کرنا ہوگا۔ طلبہ سیاست کا اصل مقصد طلبہ کے حقوق، بہتر تعلیم اور ایک پرامن جمہوری ماحول کے لیے جدوجہد ہونا چاہیے، نہ کہ باہمی تصادم۔

KP Medical Zone Jamiat , in collaboration with Islami Jamiat Talaba Khyber Medical College, has formally submitted a proposal to the administration of Khyber Medical University (KMU) regarding the recent increase in MBBS examination fees.

The proposal calls for an immediate review and reduction of the examination fees, keeping in view the financial burden on medical students and the need for a reasonable and justified fee structure.

Islami Jamiat Talba expects the KMU administration to take this matter seriously and facilitate the students by reconsidering the current examination fee structure.

10-DAY ULTIMATUM

The university administration is given 10 days to consider the proposal and take concrete steps towards reduction of the MBBS examination fees.

In case the demand is not addressed within the stipulated period, Islami Jamiat Talaba will initiate peaceful student protest and demonstration outside Khyber Medical University and continue further collective action until the matter is resolved.

Islami Jamiat Talaba Khyber Medical College organized a General Gathering with the First Year MBBS students, conducted by Abdus Salam, General Secretary IJT KMC, focusing on their academic, spiritual, personal, and professional development.

The gathering highlighted the importance of a strong connection with Allah as the foundation of a disciplined and purposeful life, alongside effective study habits, time management, physical health, adequate rest, and a balanced routine for preparation for their upcoming professional MBBS examinations.

خیبر میڈیکل کالج میں وائی فائی بحران — مزید غفلت ناقابلِ قبول!

خیبر میڈیکل کالج کے طلبہ گزشتہ کئی ماہ سے وائی فائی کی ناقص سہولت کے باعث شدید مشکلات کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں۔ اس مسئلے پر بارہا، بلکہ ہزاروں مرتبہ متعلقہ حکام کی توجہ مبذول کروائی جا چکی ہے، احتجاج بھی کیا گیا اور عارضی انتظام کے ذریعے یقین دہانی کروائی گئی کہ تین سے ساڑھے تین ماہ کی تعطیلات کے دوران اس مسئلے کا مستقل حل نکال دیا جائے گا۔

لیکن آج تعطیلات ختم ہو چکی ہیں اور وائی فائی کا مسئلہ بدستور اپنی جگہ موجود ہے۔ امتحانات سر پر ہیں، طلبہ کو آن لائن لیکچرز، تعلیمی مواد، ریسرچ اور دیگر academic resources کے لیے مستحکم انٹرنیٹ کی ضرورت ہے، مگر مسلسل مطالبات اور یقین دہانیوں کے باوجود اس بنیادی سہولت کو بحال نہیں کیا جا سکا۔

یہ امر انتہائی تشویش ناک ہے کہ بارہا نشاندہی، مسلسل شکایات اور طویل تعطیلات کے باوجود اگر متعلقہ نظام درست نہیں کیا جا رہا تو اس کی ذمہ داری ان افراد پر عائد ہوتی ہے جو اس نظام کی نگرانی اور فعالیت کے ذمہ دار ہیں۔ ایسی صورتحال میں متعلقہ ذمہ داران کی کارکردگی اور اہلیت پر سنجیدہ سوالات اٹھنا ناگزیر ہے۔

اب مزید یقین دہانیاں اور عارضی حل قابلِ قبول نہیں۔

اسی سلسلے میں اسلامی جمعیت طلبہ خیبر میڈیکل کالج کل SLRC ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے سامنے احتجاجی اقدام کرے گی اور بطورِ احتجاج SLRC ڈیپارٹمنٹ کو تالہ لگایا جائے گا۔ ہم متعلقہ ذمہ داران کی جوابدہی اور ان کے استعفوں کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔

انتظامیہ واضح طور پر سن لے: طلبہ کے تعلیمی حقوق اور بنیادی سہولیات کے معاملے میں مزید غفلت برداشت نہیں کی جائے گی۔ اگر انتظامیہ مسائل حل کرنے میں سنجیدہ ہے تو اب اس کا ثبوت اعلانات سے نہیں بلکہ عملی اقدامات سے دینا ہوگا۔

Islami Jamiat Talaba Khyber Medical College, under the leadership of General Secretary Islami Jamiat Talaba KMC Abdus Salam and president Islami jamiat talba KMU Mohsin Gohar Kakar, met with the Registrar of Khyber Medical University regarding the recent increase in MBBS and BDS examination fees.

During the meeting, the delegation highlighted the concerns of students and particularly discussed the ongoing digitalization and computerization of the examination system. It was pointed out that with the transition towards computerized examinations, there should be a corresponding reduction in several traditional examination-related costs, including paper printing, transportation, security and handling of examination papers, conventional paper checking, as well as the time and resources involved in these processes.

The Registrar acknowledged these points and agreed that the matter deserved consideration. He assured the delegation that the issue would be looked into at the earliest and that possible measures would be taken to facilitate students and provide relief regarding the examination fees.

We remain hopeful for a positive outcome and expect good news from the university administration in the coming days.

Islami Jamiat Talaba Khyber Medical College will continue to fulfill its responsibility of representing students, raising their genuine concerns, and standing against unnecessary financial burdens and injustice.
