NCHD KP Conducts EOTO Orientation Session at Iqra National University, Peshawar

Peshawar, May 21, 2026: The NCHD Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial office organized an orientation and training session on the implementation of the Each One Teach One (EOTO) initiative, as per the guidelines of the Higher Education Commission (HEC), at Iqra National University, Peshawar.

The session was conducted by Deputy Director Shams Khan and Assistant Director Mr. Ibrahim Jan. Selected students from various departments, who had earlier been oriented on the EOTO initiative, participated in the session. The training focused on the book-based teaching methodology, along with detailed guidance on the roles and responsibilities of student volunteers in promoting literacy within their communities.

Ms. Sosan Abbas, along with faculty members, also attended the session and encouraged the students to actively participate in the initiative with dedication and a strong sense of social responsibility.

Certificates of appreciation were awarded ,to the Registrar,Dr.Mohsin Tahir, Dr.Arshad Iqbal received the award in place of the Registrar and Ms. Sosan Abbas Deputy Manager Career Development Center of Iqra National University in recognition of their excellent contribution to promoting literacy.
