A delegation from GIFT University met with Businessmen Group (BMG) Chairman Zubair Motiwala and announced PKR 11 million in scholarships for deserving students in Karachi. The financial assistance will support selected students in pursuing higher education at the university’s Gujranwala campus.

The visiting delegation included Anwar Dar, Chairman of GIFT University; Atif Farooqi, Advisor to the Chairman and Sohail Shamim Firpo, Executive Director of the university’s Sindh Secretariat, said a news release issued here on Wednesday.

Zubair Motiwala praised the university’s 25-year contribution to education and pledged to help connect the institution with platforms to reach eligible students in Karachi.

GIFT University Allocates Rs. 11 Million Scholarships for Talented Students

GIFT University, Gujranwala, has announced scholarships worth approximately Rs. 11 million for the academic year 2025-26. The scholarships will be granted to deserving and talented students based on the recommendation of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This initiative aims to promote socio-economic development and make quality education accessible to all.

The university believes that no student should be deprived of education due to financial constraints and is committed to fostering positive social impact.
