Greetings from Higher Education Commission!



The National Book Foundation (NBF) in collaboration with the Turkish Cultural Center, Yunus Emre Entitusu, has announced a literacy and cultural exchange program, under the esteemed auspices of the Turkish Embassy, Islamabad (brochure attached). The program features a National Essay Writing Competition for engaging nationwide universities.



Theme-โ€œPakistan-Turkey Relations: A Timeless Bondโ€.



Accordingly, all HEIs are encouraged to participate in the subject competition and directly submit their entries to NBF by October 15, 2025
