ہم سب مزدور ہیں
ہم میں سے ہر کوئی مزدور ہے. ہر ایک کسی نہ کسی طرح سے مزدوری کرتا ہے. وہ الگ بات ہے کہ کچھ کو مزدوری زیادہ ملتی ہے تو کچھ کو کم. جبکہ کچھ ایسے بھی ہیں جو کام تو کرتے ہیں مگر انہیں مزدوری نہیں ملتی حالانکہ انہیں مزدوری کی چاہ ہوتی ہے اور یہ ان کا حق بھی ہے. جبکہ ایک طبقہ ایسا بھی ہے جو سارا دن گھر کے کام کاج میں مصروف رہتا ہے لیکن اسے مزدوری کی چاہ نہیں ہوتی بلکہ وہ صرف پیار اور تعریف کے دو بولوں کا متمنی ہوتا ہے.
دنیا مزدوروں سے قائم ہے. اگر ہم میں سے کسی بھی طبقے کے لوگ اپنا کام کاج چھوڑ دیں تو نظام میں جھول پڑ جائے گا. مزدوروں کے اس عالمی دن کے موقع پر ہم میں سے ہر مزدور کو اپنے ماتحت مزدور کے ساتھ مشفقانہ اور ہمدردانہ رویہ اختیار کرنے کا عہد کرنا چاہیے.
کیونکہ لاکھ کمانے والا بھی مزدور ہے اور (ککھ) بہت تھوڑا کمانے والا بھی مزدور ہے. ہر وہ شخص جو اپنے دل، دماغ اور ہاتھوں سے محنت و مشفقت والے کام میں اپنا وقت صرف کر رہا ہے وہ مزدور ہے. ہمیں جس دن اس بات کی سمجھ آ گئی کہ ہم سب محنت کرتے ہیں تو ہمارے اندر دوسروں کے لیے احساس اور ہمدردی خود بخود پیدا ہو جائے گی اور ہم بلاجھجک یہ. کہنا پسند کریں گے کہ "ہم سب مزدور ہیں".
