The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) was established in 1990 by leading educationists, philanthropists, professionals and industrialists with an aim to provide an educational system indigenous to Pakistan and capable of meeting our needs and aspirations. ILM Trust has now embarked on another ambition Career Oriented Program namely �ILM College�. The idea behind this is to provide a
secure future, a prosperous career and inspire young mind to become a useful member of the society. We have a highly trained faculty of superior ability and creative imagination. We encourage creativity, adaptability and development of inner talent rather than rote learning. ILM with eighteen years of experience of private educational sector in Pakistan has embarked upon another ambitious project. Known as the ILM College, each one of these colleges provides the state of the art learning which enable them to lead successful career in their future. The Colleges aim to nurture the intellectual, moral and humanistic values of all those who pass through its gates. The ILM College offer a wide range of programs in the Faculties of Arts, Science, Computing Science and Commerce. Students will find that this is quite an extraordinary center of creativity, discovery and learning where every attempt is made to equip them with the intellectual tools to tackle widely disparate scientific, social or technological issues of the world. The ILM College has built an environment conducive to learning by providing fully equipped labs, classrooms, well stocked library with latest edition of the books and sports facilities for the students. The rationale is to make quality education available in widely dispersed geographical areas so that our young people do not have to flock to the provincial metropolis in search of educational institutions known for academic excellence.
