Majority of people aren't satisfied from their public sector job, coz they have potential to do better work but authorities restrict them to stay in the limited circle they owe. A part from this, the old people have phobia of new people and they start leg-pulling mechanism without any respect of situation handling, knowledge and vicarious habits of newcomers if they have.
A lot of others also reinforce them to more dissatisfaction includes,
TC program
Loyalty to HODs
Unawareness of duties
More express than impress
Cheap politics within circle
Negative criticism
Let others down
Bow to HODs
Backbiting
And what the department do with them ?
Threat to surrender
Removal from service
Disposal to authorities
Check & stop the increments
Restrict them to old dye
Showcase even if you spit
Suppress them as subordinate
Rigidity in behavior
No reward on achieving targets
Always pressurise
Unnecessary advises
Now what newcomers do ?
Try to resist
Outspoken in some matters
Refuse to follow orders
Brawl in some cases
Then if not succeeded?
Try to make relation as good as old have
Try to figure out weaknesses
Capture abused things
Start politics regardless JD
Divert from main targets
Focus on payback mechanism
Find a evil to kill another evil.
This is what we have been doing as a nation.
