Sialkot College of Physical Therapy (SCPT) was established in 2012 with a vision to educate and train the talented young people which will contribute to improve the public health. SCPT offers a 5-year DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY programme in affiliation with University of Sargodha, a well reputed public sector university. The DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY programme is fully recognized and accredited by HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISSION (HEC). AMIN WELFARE & TEACHING HOSPITAL (AW&TH) is the clinical training setup for SCPT students. AWTH is a well equipped medical facility with latest technology and modern equipments. SCPT is situated at a prime location which is easily accessible from all corners of Sialkot and also provides a very good and convenient link to areas outside Sialkot.

Mock Rescue & Fire Safety Drill

Sialkot College of Physical Therapy, in collaboration with Amin Welfare & Teaching Hospital, conducted a comprehensive Mock Rescue & Fire Safety Drill to enhance emergency preparedness, safety awareness, and practical response skills among students and hospital staff.

The activity was carried out under the supervision of Dr. Yasmeen CEO Amin Welfare & Teaching Hospital, and Dr. Fatima HOD DPT.

The session included an informative briefing by the Rescue 1122 team, followed by a practical mock rescue and emergency response drill, evacuation procedures, and hands-on fire extinguisher training involving students and hospital staff.

The activity provided valuable practical exposure and emphasized the importance of preparedness, teamwork, quick response, and safety in emergency situations.

Together, we learn to respond. Together, we work towards a safer environment.

Sialkot College of Physical Therapy proudly celebrated World Physiotherapy Day, recognizing the vital role of physiotherapy in promoting health, mobility, rehabilitation, and quality of life.
