Dear Students,
In continuation of below mentioned e-mail and consequent upon the Worthy Registrar's Notification # UOG/R(E-II)/15/734 of dated 22-03-2017. The undersigned is directed to circulate that the Competent Authority of UOG Sialkot Sub-Campus is pleased to approve two holidays of Friday and Saturday March 24-25, 2017 in combination with one (01) holiday of Thursday March 23, 2017 on account of Pakistan Resolution Day.

Note:- Finance office will remain open on Friday and Saturday March 24-25, 2017 and observe the routine working hours to look after students Fee matters.

The Regular Classes of Semester Spring-2017 shall Commence from Monday, 13th March 2017 in which 70% attendance is compulsory otherwise you will not be allowed to sit in the exams.

*** Important Message regarding Final Exam ***

The competent authority of HH campus has graciously allowed to shift the examination scheduled on 16Th February, 2017 to Saturday 4th March, 2017 ; on account of preparations for 5th Convocations of University of Gujrat.
The rest of examination will be conducted according to date sheet as already notified.
The decision is effective to main campus, sub campuses and affiliated colleges where the examination centers have been constituted.

Dear Students/colleagues,
Alhamdulillah, We have arranged the expenses about Rs.400,000/- for heart surgery of one of our BS Chemistry (3rd semester) student. We are very thankful to members of sciences club, teams of Helping Hands, students of University of Gujrat, sialkot sub-campus and Naveed-e-Pakistan (Welfare organization) for their great efforts in this cause.
It is humble request to all of you to pray for successful operation of our student which will be scheduled in coming week at Punjab Institute Of Cordiology, Lahore

This is to bring to your attention that due to the small number of applications received out of which a fewer number will be eligible, HEC Management has decided not only to extend the Deadline for applications but also reduce the eligibility criteria to allow more students to apply:

1.Deadline has been extended to 15th February, 2017
2. Eligibility Criteria is now a minimum of 50% marks in last Examination (both Phase 2 and Phase 3)
The Online System is now accepting new applications according to the new deadline!
Please inform your students about the change so we can encourage maximum applications.
Also for students that have trouble receiving the Mobile Verification Code ask them to call at the following numbers at the time of applying online:
