Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education (DIHE) is a business degree awarding institution that was established in 2000 in Karachi. In 2005, DIHE was recognized by the Higher Education Commission under W category institutes and also recognized by Charter Inspection and Evaluation Committee (CIEC), Education Department, Government of Sindh. Since our establishment, our mission remained to be a social
agent for bringing educational reforms in society throughout Pakistan. DIHE secured position in top 10 educational institutions under general universities criteria and also as a “W” (A) grade educational Institution because of its well designed academic programs, appropriate educational facilities, top class PhD qualified faculty and state-of-the -art facilities. DIHE offers Undergraduate, Graduate and Postgraduate degree programs under several disciplines in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Basic & Applied Sciences, and Law. At DIHE, no student is denied admission due to financial need. Since inception, DIHE has been regularly awarding scholarships to meritorious and penurious students. The ultimate objective is to provide quality education at affordable cost. Degrees offered in Faculty of Business Administration include: BBA, BBA (Financial Engineering), MBA (Islamic Banking), MBA (Banking and Finance), MBA (Human Resource), MBA (Finance), MBA (Marketing), and M.Phil leading to PhD. The Executive Development Center of Business School complements the degree based programmes and provides a continuous range of seminars, workshops and short courses on specialized topics of particular interest to employees of the corporate sector. The Science Faculty offers degree programmes for BS (Computer Science), BS(Software Development), BS (Information Technology), BS(Electronics and Communication), BS( Process and Financial Engineering), MCS and MS(Information Technology), MS/Phil leading to PhD . The degree programs offered by Law Faculty include: LLB and LLM. While DIHE benefits from an excellent academic foundation, it also offers second to none environment that nurtures the overall development of all the students. Some of the activities that are focused on these objectives include:
1) Remedial English classes (Free of cost classes for students who need them.)
2) Student Grooming classes
3) An active sports programme,
4) Ongoing cultural activities like theatrical programmes, poetic and musical evenings etc
5) Student's societies
North Nazimabad Campus was taken over by DIHE in May 2004 since then all efforts have been made for the improvement and significant advancement. Initially NN Campus was offering degree program in MBA and B-Tech (Adv/Hons) for evening students only. In 2005 Morning Programs in BBA, BS (CS) and B.Com were introduced. Recently MIT program for evening students has been launched to meet the emerging needs of IT Managers in market. The administrative staff and faculty member of NN campus are committed to their professional responsibilities. The NN Campus is moving towards the path of excellence. In Sukkur, DIHE established its campus in 2010. Here we expanded our efforts of with same vision and mission of providing quality education to Sukkur and other rural communities around its vicinity.
