Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Husnul Amin, held an important meeting with the Deans, Heads of Departments (HoDs), and Chairpersons of various academic departments to review the progress of Fall Admissions 2026 and discuss key academic and administrative matters concerning the university.
The meeting focused on assessing the current status of the Fall Admissions 2026 process, reviewing the performance of the relevant departments, and ensuring effective coordination among academic and administrative units for the successful completion of the admission cycle.
Addressing the participants, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Husnul Amin emphasized the importance of merit, transparency, and fairness in the admission process. He directed the concerned departments to ensure strict adherence to the prescribed admission criteria and university regulations so that all eligible candidates receive equal opportunities based on merit. He also stressed the need for close coordination among departments to address admission-related matters promptly and make the process more efficient and accessible for prospective students.
Another important agenda item was the transportation challenges faced by students commuting to the university from different routes. The participants discussed issues related to the availability of university buses, transportation arrangements, and the difficulties encountered by students travelling from various areas.
Prof. Dr. Husnul Amin highlighted that the university administration attaches great importance to student welfare and recognizes the role of reliable transportation in ensuring regular attendance, academic continuity, and a supportive learning environment.
Vice Chancellor also stressed the importance of strengthening academic standards, improving institutional performance, and promoting a culture of responsibility, discipline, and excellence across all departments. He urged the Deans, HoDs, and Chairpersons to focus on effective academic planning, quality teaching, research activities, and the continuous improvement of educational services.
