On 12 June 2026, the 5th Meeting of the Board of Governors of IBA Public School, Ubaro, was held at the school premises. The meeting was chaired by the Honourable Chairman of the Board, Professor Dr. Asif Ahmed Shaikh, Vice Chancellor of Sukkur IBA University.
Upon his arrival, the Chairman visited various sections of the school, including classrooms and academic facilities. He interacted with staff members and reviewed the overall learning environment and infrastructure of the institution. The Chairman appreciated the efforts of the school management and staff for maintaining high standards in both academic and administrative affairs.
The meeting formally commenced with a comprehensive presentation by the Principal, highlighting the school's major achievements during the preceding year and outlining its future plans and development initiatives. The meeting was attended by all Board members, including the Assistant Commissioner Ubaro, the Director of IBA Community Colleges and Schools, parent representatives, and teacher representatives.
During the meeting, the proposed budget for the academic year 2026โ27 was thoroughly reviewed and subsequently approved by the Board. The members also discussed various matters related to academic progress, institutional development, and student welfare. The school management assured the Chairman and the Board that continuous efforts would be made to further enhance the quality of education and overall institutional performance.
The meeting concluded with a reaffirmation of the school's commitment to academic excellence, character development, and co-curricular enrichment, ensuring a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment for all students.
