🌍 We have a very special guest! 🎉
A warm welcome to **Atilla Berke Soykal** – a **3rd-year Tourism and Tour Guiding student** from the prestigious **Nişantaşı University in Istanbul, Turkey** 🇹🇷, who is visiting our university Akademia Bialska as part of the **Erasmus+ programme**.
Atilla is a perfect example of how learning foreign languages opens doors we never even knew existed. As a future tour guide, he faces the challenge of communication across borders every single day – and he does it with confidence and grace. 🗺️✨
💬 **Why does getting to know other cultures matter so much?**
Because culture is more than just language. It's a way of thinking, feeling, and seeing the world. When we meet someone from the other side of Europe – or Asia – we learn something no textbook can teach us: **authentic human connection**.
That's exactly what the Erasmus+ programme is for. So that a student from Istanbul can experience the unique atmosphere of Biała Podlaska. And so that our students can see the world through the eyes of someone who grew up between the Bosphorus and the Black Sea. 🌊
Every cultural encounter changes us – quietly, but profoundly. It makes us more open, more empathetic, and better equipped to navigate an increasingly interconnected world.
Thank you, Atilla, for being here with us! We hope your stay is as rich in experience as your future career as a tour guide will undoubtedly be. 🙏
Welcome to our academic family! 🤝
