Karolina, from WSZOP International Office, went recently to Italy as part of the Erasmus + program.
Read her impressions from the ancient city of Rome😎.
"In the spring week between 31 of March and 4 of April I had this great chance to go, see and witness what italian life means when you study in one of Europe's oldest and biggest university. Sapienza University in Rome was my destiny place in the Erasmus+ Program that I had great pleasure to participate.
What a fantastic adventure it was to join the International Office in that ancient town and observe the daily work to find the similarities and diffirences to identical job I do in Wszop.
Sapienza University with its botanic garden, 51 libraries, museums and over 140 000 students simply must impress anyone!
Sapienza's motto is : il futuro è passato qui (Future is a past here) and you cannot disagree seing how centuries of past history created the learning base for new generations of students from all over the world.
Rome is full of history but also wonderful to walk around simply to feel how vibrant, tasteful and exceptional it is. In Rome, as they say, do as the Rome does, so...trying all these tiramisu, pizza options or ice cream was simply a must😋"
