We would like to invite you for the obligatory introductory meeting organised by the staff of the Welcome Centre of the Medical University of Silesia.
It will take place on October 17th (Friday), 12:00-14:00.
Auditorium B in the Uniwersyteckie Centrum Kliniczne im. prof. K. Gibińskiego ŚUM (ul. Medyków 14)
The Welcome Event is OBLIGATORY for all of you :)

Additionally, we invite you to take part in Welcome Week – a series of events they prepared for new foreign students of our University.

• Guided trip to Nikiszowiec
• Guided tour with the Welcome Centre staff around Katowice (mandatory registration)
• Integration meeting: Your first experiences in Poland (mandatory registration)

We would like to remind you that as a result of the project realized by the Student Affairs Department of the Medical University of Silesia, Katowice, Poland as part of the Welcome to Poland 2023 program in the period from September 2024 to August 2026, the Service Point for Foreigners – Welcome Centre has been launched at the Silesian Medical University, Katowice, Poland.

The Foreigner Service Point at the Medical University of Silesia is located on the ground floor of the building of the Faculty of Health Sciences in Katowice at 12 Medyków Street.

The Welcome Centre staff:

We would like to kindly remind you that today is the last day of the re-sit examination session. Please be sure that you have completed everything on time.
Please also remember that according to the Summer Clerkship regulations "Once summer clerkship is finished student prints out Summer Professional Clerkship Certificate downloaded from the website and submits the completed signed and stamped certificate to the Dean’s Office. NOTE: scan copy of the certificate shall be submitted immediately once summer clerkship is completed, and original copy shall be submitted by October 6, 2025.
