[Open Letter About College of Wizardry Nibelungen]
EDIT: This is of course a short summary and not giving all details. Also, this is as best we understand the situation, not an attempt to speak for all parties involved. As a clarification on IPR, we are aware that DLS has received claims to creative work not properly contractually handled, and we fully support this action taken by the artists (and has communicated so directly to the persons involved). P is in no position to speak about the history of DLS and acquired College of Wizardy in good faith and is making all best efforts to sort out assets and ownerships. But we are aware of the complicated past. Part of our efforts to sort that includes asking Liveform (an independent non-profit in Poland) to manage all Credits List and royalty. That said, we are not assuming any ownership of any specific creative work that was not legally owned by DLS before sold to us. The statement below is meant to be read as regarding Nibelungen in general, as a part of College of Wizardry. We're sorry if the framing of this summary post came across as ignoring the complexities of the history of College of Wizardry, but hope that all our actions to honour creatives to date at least signals our good intentions. And to clarify, this post is to ask the community how you like us to continue with Nibelungen, which is what we would like to do, but not know exactly how.

First of all, thank you to all who supported the crowdfunding campaign with backing, donations and spreading the word. And to all of you who have reached out personally, that really keeps us going. We managed to get 113% funded, so College of Wizardry and Nibelungen can continue!
