Checking the status of an application, asking questions about foreign diplomas and certificates, and contacting NAWA’s Bureau for Academic Recognition will now be easier thanks to updated communication channels.
What should you know?
✅ Application status in the SYRENA system
If you submitted your application through SYRENA, you can check its current status after logging into your account.
🤖 ORKA chatbot
ORKA, an AI assistant available in Polish and English, is now available on the Bureau’s webpages. It helps users find information on academic recognition, apostille, document legalization and frequently asked questions.
📩 Email contact
Questions about foreign diplomas and certificates should be sent to: [email protected]
There is no need to send the same message to other NAWA email addresses.
