If you are:
➡️ Between 18 and 30 years-old,
➡️ Available to be part of project during 8 or 9 months (depends when we start, we want to begin our common adventure in July
2021 :) )
➡️ Willing to learn and develop the project under Non-Formal Educational methodologies,
➡️ Interested in acquiring experience in local and international youth projects,
➡️ Willing to share personal interests, skills and values with young people.

Volunteering lasts 7 months in Lublin (Poland), you receive financial support for food, accommodation and pocket money for the entire duration of the project, moreover you get reimbursement of travel expenses full coverage insurance for the duration of this time.

Wczoraj wieczorem odbyło się nasze spotkanie świąteczne. Mieliśmy okazje bliżej przyjrzeć się hiszpańskim i polskim tradycjom związanym z tym okresem🎄Spędziliśmy ten czas w miłej atmosferze, rozmawiając i żartując. Mamy nadzieję, że w nowym roku uda nam się zorganizować kolejne takie spotkanie💙

W ubiegłym tygodniu (w kameralnym gronie) odbyło się pierwsze spotkanie naszej organizacji z zagranicznym studentami💻 Spędziliśmy wieczór rozmawiając o Polsce. Mieliśmy okazje przyjrzeć się bliżej historii i georgrafii Polski oraz porozmawiać o najpopularniejszych (i najsmaczniejszych) polskich potrawach😋 Za mniej niż dwa tygodnie planujemy zorganizować kolejne spotkanie, które - z racji tego, że Boże Narodzenie zbliża się wielkimi krokami - chcielibyśmy poświęcić tematyce świątecznej🎄Wszystkie szczegóły dotyczące tego spotkania już niedługo pojawią się na naszych social mediach. Dlatego bądźcie czujni😉

A week-long series of workshops introducing foreign students to 🇵🇱 Polish culture and university realities started on Monday. The event is prepared by the Open University of KUL as part of the Lublin Coalition for Integration project.

W poniedziałek rozpoczęliśmy tygodniowy cykl warsztatów wprowadzających w polską kulturę 🇵🇱 i realia uniwersyteckie. Zajęcia kierowane są do studentów zagranicznych. Orientation Week 2020 przygotowaliśmy w ramach projektu Lubelskiej Koalicji na rzecz Integracji.

🇵🇱 Z nieukrywaną radością pragniemy poinformować, że mimo trudnej sytuacji epidemiologicznej, udało nam się utworzyć Studenckie Centrum MiędzyKULturowe – organizację studencką stawiającą sobie za cel integrowanie polskich oraz zagranicznych Studentów Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego Jana Pawła II. 🤩
Do głównych celów Naszej Organizacji, będącej nowatorską inicjatywą w Lublinie, wliczamy zapewnienie utrzymywania stałego i regularnego kontaktu ze studentami z różnych krajów, poszerzanie kompetencji językowych i międzykulturowych oraz zdolności pracy w międzynarodowych zespołach.
Mamy nadzieję, że dzięki działaniom tej organizacji Studenci spoza Polski będą mieli możliwość bliżej poznać polską kulturę oraz zyskają wsparcie w szybkim zaaklimatyzowaniu się na Uniwersytecie‼️ 😊

🇬🇧 We would like to inform you with a pleasure that, despite the difficult epidemiological situation, we have managed to create the Student Intercultural Centre – a student organization which aims at integrating Polish and foreign Students of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. 🤩
The main goals of our organization, which is an innovative initiative in Lublin, is ensuring constant and regular contact with students from different countries, expanding language and intercultural competences and the ability to work in international teams.
We hope that thanks to the activities of this organization, foreign students will have the opportunity to learn more about Polish culture and will gain support in quickly adapting to the reality at the University‼ 😊
